Amal Bakes delivers freshly baked custom cakes across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We bake everything to order, so your cake is made for your date rather than sitting in a display counter. Below you will find the areas we cover most often, how ordering works, and what we need from you so your cake arrives on time and in one piece.

These are the neighbourhoods we serve most regularly. If you are just outside them, message us anyway — we can usually help.

• PWD Housing Society

  Islamabad

  We deliver custom birthday cakes, themed cakes for kids and celebration cakes throughout PWD Housing Society. Send a pinned location with your order and we will confirm the delivery charge and slot.

• Korang Town

  Islamabad

  We deliver custom birthday and celebration cakes throughout Korang Town. Share a pinned location for the quickest handover, especially for the inner streets.

• Pakistan Town

  Islamabad

  Cake delivery across Pakistan Town, Phase 1 and Phase 2. A good option for family birthdays and anniversary cakes, alongside neighbouring PWD and Korang Town.

• Media Town

  Rawalpindi

  We deliver to Media Town for birthdays, Nikkah and engagement cakes, and office celebrations. Let us know the floor or block if you are ordering to an apartment or office.

• CBR Town

  Islamabad

  Custom cakes and cookie boxes delivered across CBR Town. Message us with your date and we will confirm availability and the delivery charge for your address.

Other Islamabad areas

Beyond the neighbourhoods above, we regularly deliver birthday and celebration cakes to Bahria Town, DHA Islamabad, Gulberg Greens, Gulberg Residencia, Soan Gardens, Ghauri Town, Koral, Lehtrar Road and the nearby Islamabad Expressway sectors. Delivery charges vary with distance, so send us your location and we will quote before you confirm.

Other Rawalpindi areas

On the Rawalpindi side we deliver to Bahria Town Rawalpindi, Chaklala Scheme 3, Saddar, Satellite Town, Airport Housing Society and surrounding Rawalpindi neighbourhoods. If your area is not listed, ask — coverage depends on the day and the time you need the cake.

How to place an order

1. Pick a cake from our cake and cookie menu, choose your size, frosting and theme, then send the basket through on WhatsApp.
2. Want something designed around your occasion? Use the custom cake form to send your flavour, weight, frosting, date and design ideas in one message.
3. Not sure yet? Browse the gallery for past designs, or just message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
4. We confirm pricing, availability and your delivery slot before anything is baked.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged separately from the cake and depends on your location — the further you are from us, the higher the charge. That is why we ask for an address or a pinned location up front: it lets us quote accurately before you commit.

How far in advance should you order?

As early as you can. Everything is baked to order, and custom designs, printed toppers and themed decorations need planning time on top of baking. Weekend and evening slots go first, and dates around Eid and other occasions fill up well ahead. Message us with your date as soon as you know it and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it — we would rather say yes to a short-notice order than have you assume we cannot.

What we need from you

Sending these details in your first message saves a lot of back and forth:

• Delivery date and the time you need the cake
• Full address, or a pinned location dropped on WhatsApp
• A contact number for whoever is receiving the cake, if it is not you
• Flavour, size in pounds, and fresh cream or buttercream
• Any message you want piped on the cake, and the spelling you want
• Reference pictures if you already have a design in mind

A pinned location is the most reliable option. Street numbering repeats between blocks and phases in many societies, so a pin removes the guesswork and usually means your cake arrives sooner. If you send a pin, please keep the receiver's phone reachable around the delivery time.

How cakes travel

Every cake goes out on a sturdy board inside a closed box so it stays level and protected on the way to you. When it arrives, keep it flat and refrigerated until you are ready to cut, and give fresh cream cakes a few minutes out of the fridge before serving.

If your design is tall, heavily decorated or especially delicate, tell us where it is going before you order. Some finishes travel better than others in Islamabad heat, and we would rather suggest a design that arrives looking the way it left us. Buttercream holds its shape better than fresh cream on warm days and longer journeys, so ask us which suits your date.

Delivery times

We agree a delivery window with you on WhatsApp when the order is confirmed. Availability depends on the day and how many cakes are already booked, so please confirm your preferred time with us rather than assuming a slot is free.
