How to Order a Custom Birthday Cake in Islamabad
What to send us, how pricing works and how much notice to give, so your birthday cake arrives exactly as you pictured it.
Ordering a custom cake should not be complicated. Most of the confusion we see comes from a few missing details at the start, so here is exactly how it works and what to send us first time.
Start with flavour and size
Cakes are priced per pound, so flavour and weight decide the base price. A one pound cake suits a small family celebration; two pounds is the usual choice for a birthday with guests. You can see every flavour and its per-pound price on our cake menu.
If you are torn between flavours, chocolate fudge and Lotus are our most requested for birthdays, while three milk is the one people come back for after tasting it at someone else’s party.
Choose your frosting
Fresh cream is light and less sweet. Buttercream is firmer, holds piped detail more crisply and stands up better to warm weather, which matters for much of the year here. Buttercream adds Rs. 300 per pound to the price.

Send your design
This is the part worth spending a minute on. Reference pictures help enormously — a screenshot of something you liked tells us more than a paragraph of description. Let us know the name and spelling you want piped on the cake, any colours to use or avoid, and the age if there is a number topper.
Our gallery is a good place to start if you want ideas, and many of those designs are available as ready-made themes when you order from the menu.
Confirm the date, time and address
The quickest way to order everything at once is the custom cake form, which collects your flavour, weight, frosting, date, time, address and design notes in a single WhatsApp message.
Send a pinned location rather than a written address if you can. Delivery charges depend on distance and are paid when the cake arrives, not up front. You can check the areas we cover on our cake delivery page.
How much notice to give
As much as you can. Everything is baked to order, and custom toppers and themed decoration need planning time on top of baking. Weekend and evening slots book up first. Message us as soon as you have a date and we will confirm straight away whether it is free.
